Job summary

Hiller Measurements in the Austin/Dripping Springs area seeks a proactive Recruiter to identify and engage qualified candidates for engineering, program management, production and more. You will start onsite to learn our products, departments and culture, then transition to primarily remote work as you build relationships and scale recruiting across the organization.

You will use LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor and networks to locate candidates, conduct prescreens, and present opportunities that fit

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of recruiting or talent sourcing experience.
• Experience sourcing technical, engineering, or manufacturing candidates.
• Ability to learn Hiller Measurements products and roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and hiring managers to understand open positions, required skills, experience, and candidate profiles.
• Proactively search for qualified candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, professional networks, job boards, industry groups, and other sourcing channels.
• Review resumes and online professional profiles to determine potential alignment with Hiller job requirements.
• Conduct initial outreach & prescreens to prospective candidates through LinkedIn, email, phone, or other approved methods and invite qualified individuals to apply.
