As a Recruiter at Hadrian, you'll play a critical role in scaling the teams that power our growth from the engineers building our automation platform, to the factory teams delivering on throughput and quality, to the business functions that drive revenue and operations. This is not a traditional recruiting role: you'll work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where strong partnerships with leaders, sharp sourcing instincts, and sound judgment matter every day. For this role, the target salary range is: $130,000 - $190,000 (actual range may vary based on experience). This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
