Job summary

Atomic Industries seeks a hands-on Head of Recruiting to own full-cycle hiring for engineering, manufacturing, operations and leadership. You will build the sourcing engine, craft outbound strategies, and drive automation/AI tooling while meeting candidates in person and hosting finalists at the Detroit factory.

You will partner with the founder and hiring managers to define high-quality candidates, uphold a high bar, and lay the foundation of the talent function by hiring and leading future

Qualifications

• Proven full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and roles.
• Fluency with ATS, sourcing tools, scripts and AI.
• Strong online sourcing across modern channels and communities.
• High agency and comfort with ambiguity.
• Persuasive, high-integrity communication.
