Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in Recruiting, Staffing, Inside Sales, or people-focused roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to speak with candidates by phone, email, and in person.
• Ability to conduct effective phone screens, evaluate qualifications, and build relationships.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and meeting activity targets.
