Job summary

Supermicro is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in San Jose, CA. This role covers full life-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Sales, Corp G&A and Product Management, with a strong emphasis on talent sourcing and end-to-end hiring.

The successful candidate will work with hiring managers, manage candidate communications, and contribute to our talent acquisition strategy. This is an on-site, contract-to-hire role based at the San Jose headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 1–3 years full life-cycle recruiting in tech, EMS, or staffing.
• Experience hiring for Engineering and Product Management roles.

Responsibilities

• Source and build pipelines for Engineering and Product Management roles.
• Coordinate phone screens and on-site interviews; manage the process end-to-end.
• Lead recruitment life cycle activities: sourcing, screening, offers.
• Proactively recruit passive candidates and maintain relationships.
• Use multiple channels and assess candidates to meet hiring needs.
• Track KPIs such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
