Job summary

Supermicro is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Human Resources team and drive end-to-end recruitment for Engineering, Sales, Corp G&A and Product Management. This on-site role at our San Jose headquarters requires hands-on sourcing, interviewing, and collaboration with hiring managers to meet hiring goals and maintain a strong employer brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience in technology, EMS, or staffing.
• Experience recruiting for Engineering and Product Management roles.
• Experience sourcing for hardware manufacturing is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills; proven ability to engage passive candidates.
• Ability to juggle multiple positions with a sense of urgency.
• Knowledge of recruiting tools and ATS.
• Mandarin proficiency a plus.
• This is a contract to hire position.

Responsibilities

• Source and build candidate pipelines for all positions, especially Engineering and Product Management; coordinate phone screens and on-site interviews.
• Lead and support the full recruitment lifecycle including candidate management, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Proactively identify and recruit passive candidates while maintaining long-term relationships.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels to provide high-quality candidates for open positions.
• Implement cost-effective recruitment strategies such as referrals, postings, networking, and job fairs.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience through clear communication and relationship building.
• Coach managers to incorporate competency-based assessments during interviews.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and priorities.
• Set hiring goals and track metrics like time-to-fill and source of hire.
• In-office attendance at the San Jose HQ is required.
