Job summary

Verigent is seeking a Technical Recruiter in Exton, PA who will focus on IT/Technology, Federal, and Construction Management placements. You will develop an understanding of required skill sets and reach out to candidates via multiple channels, assessing fit for long-term client placements.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, experience with MS Office tools, and the ability to learn multiple business applications quickly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Prior staffing/recruiting experience is a plus, though not required to be industry-specific.
• Experience at a smaller company preferred.

Responsibilities

• Developing an understanding of the skill sets in IT/Technology, Federal, and Construction Management fields.
• Searching for potential candidates that meet skill criteria.
• Reaching out to candidates via LinkedIn, phone, email, text, etc.
• Identifying candidates' strengths, interests, and long-term career motivations.
• Assessing soft skills and cultural fit for longer-term client placements.
• Matching candidates with clients and jobs that best fit with their goals and skills.
