Job summary

Verigent is seeking a Staffing Recruiter to focus on IT, Data Center, and Construction Management roles, handling long-term placements and evaluating both technical qualifications and soft skills for long-term fit.

You will source candidates, reach out via multiple channels, assess motivations, and match talent with client needs, with an emphasis on culture fit and success potential. This role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Prior staffing/recruiting experience is a plus, though not required to be industry-specific
• Experience at a smaller company preferred
• Effective communication
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to learn and use multiple business applications proficiently

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of IT, Data Center and Construction Management roles
• Search for potential candidates meeting skill criteria
• Reach out to candidates via LinkedIn, phone, email, text, etc.
• Identify candidates' strengths, motivations, and long-term career goals
• Assess soft skills and cultural fit for long-term client placements
• Match candidates with clients and jobs that best fit goals and skills
