Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Recruiter II - Technical to support sourcing and recruitment for highly specialized campus-level roles, with a focus on AI, ML, robotics, and related tech areas. This 5-month contract is based in Reading, MA and requires 40 hours per week onsite, with a pay range of $40-$47 per hour.

The role involves end-to-end recruiting, managing candidate pipelines, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure competitive university partnerships for internships and new graduate

Qualifications

• Sourcing and full-lifecycle recruiting experience in specialized tech domains.
• Experience recruiting for SDEs, HDEs, or Scientists.
• End-to-end project management and data tracking capabilities.
• Candidates with no history of technical recruiting will not be a fit for this role.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, reference checks, offers, and onboarding.
• Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status.
• May require a bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• May lead and direct the work of others.
