Job summary

Innodata is seeking a seasoned technical recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for data engineering and AI roles in the United States. You will partner with hiring managers to understand team objectives and translate them into compelling sourcing strategies, while ensuring a smooth interview and offer process.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, a strong grasp of AI/ML concepts, and a track record of sourcing data scientists, ML engineers, and AI specialists,

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Proven success recruiting Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and AI Engineers.
• Strong understanding of technical terminology, AI/ML concepts, and cloud technologies.
