You will partner with hiring managers to understand team objectives and translate them into compelling sourcing strategies, while ensuring a smooth interview and offer process.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, a strong grasp of AI/ML concepts, and a track record of sourcing data scientists, ML engineers, and AI specialists,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Proven success recruiting Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and AI Engineers.
• Strong understanding of technical terminology, AI/ML concepts, and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and team objectives.
• Source, identify, and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
