Job summary

CSI Companies is seeking a Technical Recruiter to identify and place top technology talent onsite at our Franklin, TN office. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to interview, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience for diverse channels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience; tech recruitment preferred.
• Understanding of technology environments and IT roles.
• Experience with sourcing and recruiting best practices (social media, job boards, campus).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ATS tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication; customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Own full recruiting lifecycle from planning through placement.
• Serve as connector between candidates and clients for a positive experience.
• Leverage sourcing strategies to attract diverse tech talent.
• Recruit for software, cloud, cybersecurity, data, ERP, IT support roles.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline with regular engagement.
• Collaborate with Onboarding to track progress and resolve issues.
• Document accurately in Bullhorn and stay compliant.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously develop recruiting skills.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
