Job summary

VitalSource is seeking a results-oriented Recruiter to manage the full lifecycle for 10–12 openings in a fast-paced tech environment. You will partner with hiring managers to craft role requirements, define the sourcing strategy, and drive an efficient interview process.

You will actively source candidates across multiple channels, conduct structured screens, and deliver evidence-based assessments to hiring managers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a technology environment.
• Proficiency with an ATS; Jobvite experience a plus.
• Working knowledge of ADP or a comparable HRIS for offer and onboarding coordination.
• Experience drafting and refining job descriptions that accurately reflect the role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across 10 to 12 requisitions simultaneously, from intake through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategy.
• Actively source candidates via Jobvite, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and community channels.
• Conduct structured recruiter screens and provide evidence-based assessments.
• Own the candidate experience from first contact to close and represent the employer brand.
• Track recruiting funnel metrics in Jobvite and surface trends to leadership.
• Coach hiring managers on structured interviewing and offer strategy.
• Support inclusive job description language and diverse sourcing practices.
• Maintain records in Jobvite and ADP and ensure compliance.
• Own and maintain accurate job descriptions with hiring managers.
