Job summary

ZP Group, the parent company of Zachary Piper Solutions and Piper Companies, seeks a Technical Recruiter to source and place qualified candidates, fulfill hiring needs, redeploy contractors, and drive account growth in a fast‑paced environment.

Partner with account managers to prioritize business needs, manage full life cycle recruiting in an ATS, prepare weekly reports, support business development, and attend stand‑ups and QBRs.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years recruiting experience in staffing or related settings.
• Proven ability to exceed weekly activity & quarterly production goals.
• Ability to develop new accounts and expand existing ones.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written and negotiation skills.
• Strong sense of urgency, multitasking, and calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills.
• Experience with MS Office and other online software/applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, liberal arts or related field.

Responsibilities

• Post positions, source resumes, interview candidates, check references, and manage onboarding.
• Update candidate profiles and document daily activity in the ATS.
• Prepare weekly recruiter reports and quarterly business reviews.
• Attend business development meetings to qualify requirements in technical engagements.
• Assist sales with leads, meetings, and promoting services.
• Participate in daily standups and weekly prioritization meetings.
