Job summary

Vector is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition professional to help build our early-stage recruiting function. You’ll gain exposure to full-cycle recruiting, from role opening and resume review to candidate closing, with a promote-from-within culture.

You’ll engage with hiring managers, develop outreach, and drive KPIs while growing your career in a SaaS startup environment in the United States.

Qualifications

• Prospecting or quota-based experience in SaaS startup, agency, or lead generation.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication; able to engage candidates.
• Ability to build authentic professional relationships.
• Organized, results-driven, comfortable with ambiguity.
• Experience with CRM or ATS is a plus.
• Eager to grow a career in Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage candidates across markets to fill Vector’s open roles.
• Qualify candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
• Manage candidate communication and experience throughout the process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine role profiles and searches.
