Aston Carter is hiring a Technical Recruiter for a leading company in the St Pete/Clearwater area. This contract, hybrid role in Clearwater, FL focuses on full-cycle recruiting for technical and professional positions across software, data science, analytics, and more.

Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, executing sourcing strategies, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining ATS records.

Qualifications

• Previous experience recruiting technical talent within a corporate or agency environment.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and competing priorities.
• Experience building trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Available to start immediately or within a short notice period.
• Comfortable working onsite full-time.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and professional positions from intake through offer.
• Recruit for roles including: Software Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Forward Deployed Engineering, Enterprise Application Architecture, Digital Transformation Project Management, Pricing Strategy & Revenue Science.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, market trends, and talent availability.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and talent pipelines.
• Screen and qualify candidates while ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate ATS documentation and reporting.
