Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP of HR to build a robust recruiting process and ATS platform.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Build relationships with department heads and hiring managers to understand needs.
• Source active and passive candidates from online databases, LinkedIn, referrals, events, and research.
• Recruit for multiple teams and locations across the US and balance high-volume workloads.
• Schedule and conduct phone interviews and arrange onsite/virtual interviews.
• Negotiate offers and close candidates to achieve hiring goals.
