Job summary

Velo3D, Inc. is seeking a technically minded recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring in a fast-paced environment.

You will source, engage, and close candidates across engineering, operations, and manufacturing, partnering with HR and hiring managers to align on priorities and timelines. You will use LinkedIn Recruiter and the Lever ATS to build a diverse talent pipeline, while maintaining strong relationships with passive candidates and ensuring a positive interview experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced company environment.

Responsibilities

• Source diverse candidates using multiple platforms; progress candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels to strengthen employer branding and funnel.
• Collaborate with HR, recruiting, and hiring managers to set priorities and strategies.
• Screen CVs and profiles; conduct initial phone interviews to move candidates to interviews.
• Nurture relationships with passive candidates for future opportunities.
• Maintain proactive and timely communications with candidates and interview teams.
• Keep the Lever ATS up to date with candidate status and activity; report weekly on pipelines.
• Assist with other talent acquisition duties as workload requires.
