Qualifications

• 3–5 years of technical recruiting experience in SaaS or high-growth environments.
• Solid understanding of programming concepts and modern engineering team structures.
• Proven proactive sourcing and building diverse candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for technical roles across Engineering and Product.
• Source proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and creative strategies to fill hard-to-fill roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on candidate specs, and timelines.
• Screen candidates technically and assess fit with Filevine’s culture and values.
• Maintain a smooth candidate journey and keep Lever ATS up to date.
