Job summary

Tenarai in Plano, TX is seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. You will lead sourcing and full-cycle recruiting for IT and engineering roles, partnering with hiring managers to define needs and build strong pipelines.

You will source via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networks, screen for technical and cultural fit, coordinate interviews, and manage candidates through ATS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in technical recruiting.
• Experience recruiting IT and Engineering roles.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and Boolean search techniques.
• Experience with ATS such as Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, Bullhorn, JobDiva.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and recruitment strategies.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, social media, and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive technical talent.
• Screen candidates to evaluate technical skills, experience, cultural fit, and career goals.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams and candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Negotiate compensation, start dates, and employment terms with candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
• Track recruiting metrics including submissions, interviews, offers, and hires.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry hiring trends, talent market conditions, and competitive intelligence.
