Mach Industries in Huntington Beach, CA is seeking an Early Careers Recruiter to scale internship and entry-level hiring across engineering and technical fields. You will own outreach, interviews, offers, and onboarding, while building relationships with top universities and student organizations.

The role focuses on strategy, campus events, and a world-class candidate experience from first touch to offer, in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, business operations, or sales, or a Bachelor's degree with 1+ year in recruiting/ops/sales
• Proven success sourcing and closing technical candidates in competitive markets
• Strong understanding of engineering roles and org structures
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment
• Obsession with building excellent teams

Responsibilities

• Define early-career hiring needs with managers and engineering teams
• Own full lifecycle recruiting from outreach to onboarding
• Develop relationships with universities, clubs, and student orgs
• Plan university recruiting events, career fairs, and campus engagements
• Represent Mach Industries at universities and conferences
• Improve scalable internship and new-grad recruiting processes
• Advise on talent market trends and compensation benchmarking
