Job summary

NLG is seeking a Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top talent across departments. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through interviews and offers, ensuring a strong pipeline for temporary and permanent roles.

You will partner with hiring managers to tailor strategies and represent the company at recruiting events. You will also build relationships with educational institutions to support college recruiting initiatives and maintain compliant recruitment

Qualifications

• Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of staffing services and technical recruiting practices.
• Experience in contract recruitment and temporary staffing environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Utilize ATS to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Coordinate and participate in recruiting events and college recruiting programs to build a diverse talent pipeline.
• Develop and maintain relationships with staffing agencies and external recruitment partners.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create targeted recruitment strategies.
• Conduct internet recruiting and leverage social media platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
