Job summary

OCBridge in Elizabethtown, KY is seeking a skilled recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering roles in the new energy and automotive battery sectors. You will handle postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers, while building a robust candidate pipeline and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field and solid experience with ATS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience recruiting in new energy or automotive battery sectors preferred.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and terminology.
• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Proficiency with recruitment software and ATS.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process from posting to offers.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract engineering talent.
• Utilize diverse sourcing methods (job boards, social media, events) to build candidate pipelines.
• Conduct screenings and coordinate interviews with timely feedback.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to plan staffing needs and recruitment plans.
• Provide regular updates on progress and metrics to leadership.
