Job summary

TAE Power Solutions is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Commercial teams. You will independently manage multiple high-priority searches, source hard-to-find technical talent, and partner with leaders to translate growth priorities into talent plans.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience recruiting in highly technical environments.
• Demonstrated outbound sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and similar tools.
• Proven ability to manage a high workload with multiple senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and process discipline.
• Excellent communication and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
• Comfortable engaging candidates and stakeholders at all levels, including technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes from intake through offer across multiple roles and functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and priorities.
• Drive structured interview processes with alignment, consistency, and timely feedback.
• Develop search strategies for priority roles including channels and market challenges.
• Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Generate the majority of pipeline through outbound passive sourcing.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Deliver regular pipeline updates and coach hiring teams on interviewing best practices.
