Contemporary Amperex Technology Kentucky LLC (CATK) is seeking multiple Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our team. This role focuses on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top engineering talent to support growth in the new energy and automotive battery sectors.

The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying candidates to coordinating interviews and negotiating offers, with a strong emphasis on technical recruiting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• At least 3 years in technical recruitment focused on engineering roles.
• Experience recruiting for energy or automotive battery sectors is desirable.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Proficient with recruitment software and ATS.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from posting to offers.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract top engineering talent.
• Use diverse sourcing methods: boards, social, events, platforms.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
• Conduct comprehensive screenings for qualifications and culture fit.
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to tailor recruitment plans.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and report metrics.
