Job summary

OCBridge in Elizabethtown, KY is seeking a skilled recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering roles in the new energy and automotive battery sectors. You will handle postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers, while building a robust candidate pipeline and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field and solid experience with ATS.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience recruiting in new energy or automotive battery sectors preferred.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and terminology.
  • Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
  • Proficiency with recruitment software and ATS.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Apply industry knowledge to understand the specific requirements of engineering roles in the new energy and automotive battery sectors.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create customized recruitment plans.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Promote the company's employer brand by showcasing its values, culture, and career opportunities.
  • Participate in industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports on key metrics and performance.

Minimum Qualifications:
