• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruitment focusing on engineering roles.
• Experience recruiting for the new energy or automotive battery sectors is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and terminology.
• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Proficiency with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
