Job summary

Synerfac Technical Staffing in Reston, VA is seeking a Technical Recruiter to build relationships with job seekers and collaborate with sales managers on drafting precise hiring criteria. You will screen resumes, schedule and assist with interviews, and coordinate preemployment screenings to ensure smooth client onboarding.

The role requires proactive outreach, strong organization, and the ability to manage offers with HR.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Customer service experience preferred.
Demonstrates competitive spirit and proactive, coachable attitude.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with new and existing job seekers in the local market.
Collaborate with sales managers to draft detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Screen resumes, applications and select qualified candidates.
Schedule interviews; prepare interview questions and materials.
Assist with the interview process; conduct interviews with managers and directors.
Collaborate with hiring manager and HR during the offer process, including salary ranges and start dates.
Coordinate preemployment screenings and background checks.
Identify active job seekers across internal/external boards, client referrals, and contractors.
Identify potential sales leads.
