You will leverage AI tools to streamline recruiting and run high-quality interviews across cleared and non-cleared talent pools.

The role emphasizes ownership, autonomy, and building pipelines into defense‑adjacent communities while collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting
• Extremely strong candidate sourcing capabilities
• Strong business partnership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders using data and insights
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• High ownership mindset with the ability to operate autonomously

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies for software engineers, ML engineers, and defense-relevant roles
• Partner with engineering leaders and program managers to understand needs and clearance requirements
• Leverage AI tools to drive recruiting workflow automation
• Lead structured interview processes to assess technical excellence and alignment with values
• Build and maintain pipelines into defense-adjacent talent communities
• Provide data-driven insights on funnel health and time-to-fill across requisitions
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and represent the company’s defense mission
