Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Technical Recruiter for Data Center staffing in Plano, TX. This full-time contract-to-hire role will manage a high-volume recruitment flow across multiple locations, partnering with hiring managers to meet aggressive staffing goals.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in data center recruiting, strong sourcing and ATS expertise, and a track record of filling 30–60 hires per month. Competitive benefits and a dynamic team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-cycle data center recruiting.
• Experience with high-volume (30–60 hires per month) recruiting.
• Proven ability to fill large volumes under tight timelines.
• Expertise in sourcing, ATS, and recruitment marketing.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a high volume of roles across multiple locations.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment efforts to staffing goals.
• Develop and execute high-impact sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, community outreach, and recruitment campaigns.
• Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates quickly to support business needs.
• Provide data-driven insights and reporting on hiring metrics, funnel progress, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire.
• Coordinate and participate in high-volume hiring events, open houses, and job fairs as needed.
• Champion a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
