Job summary

Innova Solutions is hiring a Technical Recruiter – Data Center for Plano, TX. Lead full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and drive high-volume sourcing strategies to fill 30–60 roles monthly.

Ensure timely, quality hires with data-driven insights and engaging candidate experiences. The role emphasizes experience with data-center environments, recruitment marketing, and strong ATS expertise, with a W-2 engagement model and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of full-cycle data center recruiting experience.
• Experience with high-volume hiring (30-60 hires per month).
• Expertise in sourcing strategies, ATS usage, and recruitment marketing.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a high volume of roles across multiple locations.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment efforts to meet aggressive staffing goals.
• Develop and execute high-impact sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, community outreach, and recruitment campaigns.
• Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates quickly to support business needs.
• Provide data-driven insights and reporting on hiring metrics, funnel progress, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire.
• Coordinate and participate in high-volume hiring events, open houses, and job fairs as needed.
• Champion a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
