Innova Solutions is seeking a Data Center Recruiter for a full-time contract position in Plano, TX (75093). You will manage end-to-end recruiting for a high-volume pipeline across multiple locations, partnering with hiring managers to forecast needs and execute effective sourcing campaigns.

Responsibilities include screening and presenting qualified candidates quickly, delivering data-driven hiring insights, and coordinating high-volume events while ensuring a positive candidate experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle data center recruiting, with at least 2 years in high-volume recruitment (30-60 hires per month).
• Proven track record of filling large volumes of roles under tight timelines.
• Expertise in sourcing strategies, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment marketing.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a high volume of roles across multiple locations.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment efforts to meet staffing goals.
• Develop and execute high-impact sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, community outreach, and recruitment campaigns.
