Exl Service is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for niche roles in Data Engineering, Analytics, and AI. You will craft proactive sourcing strategies, engage with hiring managers, and maintain strong candidate pipelines across diverse tech domains.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on sourcing excellence, a consultative approach, and a data-driven mindset, with a track record in global IT services or large system integrators.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of total recruiting experience, predominantly in full-time hiring.
• Strong experience hiring for Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists, AI/ML Engineers, Applied Scientists.
• Proven background in large system integrators / global IT or analytics services firms.
• Demonstrated success in deep technical sourcing beyond traditional platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for niche and high-impact roles across Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, Cloud & Digital technologies.
• Develop and execute proactive talent sourcing strategies, anticipating future skill demands and business growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior stakeholders on talent availability, market trends, and hiring strategies.
• Build strong passive candidate pipelines for critical and recurring capabilities.
• Leverage data, talent market insights, and competitive intelligence to influence hiring decisions.
