Job summary

EXL is seeking a proactive Recruiting Manager to join our Talent Acquisition team in New York. You will identify, engage, and hire top talent for the Data Management group, partnering with hiring managers to align business needs with a smooth, candidate-centric process.

Lead a team of 5+ recruiters and sourcers, manage on-time hiring, report key metrics, stay current on industry trends, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations while representing EXL at events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in data/analytics/AI or digital roles.
• Led a team of 5+ recruiters & sourcers.
• Familiarity with ATS and HR software (Oracle Fusion/Taleo, Workday).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Data Management leaders and Global TA to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, agencies, etc.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and validate with our technical team.
• Represent EXL at job fairs, universities and tech events at a national level.
• Adhere to federal and state hiring laws and guidelines, ensuring compliance.
• Lead and mentor recruiters and sourcers to deliver on-time hiring and report hiring metrics.
• Stay informed on trends and best practices in Data Management hiring.
• Partner with HR/onboarding to ensure smooth transition from offer to day one.
