Job summary

Secureframe in New York, NY is seeking a Technical Recruiter to source and engage top technical talent for a fast‑growing cybersecurity compliance company. You will design sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers, and move candidates through the funnel with speed and transparency.

You will collaborate with recruiters, use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Entelo, and Lever, and help craft compelling offers to attract and close top talent in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recruiting or sourcing experience.
• Experience with ATS (Lever) recommended.
• Ability to partner with engineers and recruiters to identify needs and build a pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage passive technical talent using a variety of platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, AngelList, etc.).
• Design top-of-the-funnel strategy with recruiters and hiring managers, serving as SME on creative sourcing techniques.
• Identify and attract candidates with diverse backgrounds at the top-of-the-funnel.
• Move candidates through the recruiting pipeline with speed and transparency.
• Effectively pitch candidates on Secureframe with tailored messaging.
• Assist with sending out offers and closing candidates.
