Job summary

Fortanix is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support rapid hiring across technical roles. You will manage end-to-end recruiting, screen candidates for security and cloud expertise, and partner with engineering leaders to deliver a great candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth tech company.
• Demonstrated success recruiting software engineers and other technical talent.
• Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying and engaging passive candidates.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple open positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen candidates to assess technical qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
• Provide market insights, hiring trends, and recommendations to improve recruiting effectiveness.
