Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2–4 years of experience or Master's with 1+ year.
• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Deltek Talent Management is a plus.
• Must work well in team and independently, maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with hiring managers to create and review requisitions and staffing plans.
• Sources candidates, prescreens, and refers applicants to openings.
• Evaluates experience, education, training, skills, and other data.
• Develops networks to ensure a constant flow of qualified candidates.
• Informs applicants about the company and manages references and onboarding.
• Participates in interviews, assists with salary offers, and negotiation.
• Communicates status and pipeline updates to hiring managers.
• Maintains relationships to attract diverse and skilled candidates.
