• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, especially for marketing and/or sales roles.
• Ability to source passive candidates and negotiate offers.
• Strong communication skills and ability to craft unique messaging for candidates.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across the business to recruit for go-to-market teams.
• Own end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, and hiring across multiple departments.
• Provide best-in-class candidate experience from first contact to offer/acceptance.
