Job summary

Amteck is seeking a recruiting professional to join our in‑office team in Kentucky. You will engage with hiring managers to fill a variety of skilled trades roles, build pipelines, and innovate recruiting approaches.

You will work hands‑on with field supervision and HR, maintaining high standards for candidate experience and onboarding while driving timely fills for critical projects.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting skilled trades or similar positions.
• Ability to work with hiring managers to define roles and timelines.
• Comfortable learning new recruiting tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Meet with hiring managers to discuss qualifications and onboarding.
• Create strategic plans to fill positions quickly with the best candidates.
• Develop pipeline strategies for executive, senior and mid-level roles.
• Coordinate staffing and onboarding in collaboration with HR and operations.
• Source, screen and identify candidates meeting job requirements and culture.
• Ensure onboarding and documentation are completed accurately for each hire.
