FlexTrades is a rapidly growing national provider of production solutions. We are seeking an Associate Technical Recruiter who sources candidates for skilled industrial project-based work that requires travel across the country.

This role offers extensive in-house training and a path to a permanent position within a high-energy team. The position emphasizes constant activity, including 300+ outbound calls weekly, with a focus on meeting weekly metrics.

Qualifications

• 2 years of high volume recruiting.
• Previous recruiting or sales experience in a high-volume environment.
• Previous experience meeting weekly metrics and/or key performance indicators.
• Willingness to train and adapt to our model/processes.

Responsibilities

• Create enthusiasm for FlexTrades' traveling manufacturing positions (e.g., CNC Machinists, Welders, Technicians).
• Source, interview, screen, and qualify candidates nationwide.
• Conduct 300+ weekly outbound calls, texts, and emails to build a candidate pipeline.
• Understand candidate requirements by studying job descriptions and info sheets.
• Use recruiting software to manage candidate data and recruiting orders.
• Source candidates using job boards and the internet for client placements.
