Responsibilities

• Meet with hiring managers to discuss qualifications, timelines, and onboarding; provide quality support for the hiring manager and candidate.
• Develop clear plans to fill positions quickly with the best candidates; adjust strategy as needed.
• Develop pipeline strategies for executive, senior, and mid-level roles and maintain contact with prospective candidates.
• Identify manpower needs at project start; address licensing, crew, schedule, and GC requirements.
• Source, screen and identify candidates for all Amteck roles; use ATS and proper documentation.
• Ensure onboarding is initiated and completed correctly for each hire; streamline back-end HR processes.
• Coordinate with field supervision, operations, and recruiting teams to demobilize projects and reassign employees.
• Provide guidance to managers on hiring, management and employee relations best practices.
• Educate Amteck employees on policies and collaborate with HR; enforce policy when needed.
• Assist in vendor contracting processes with staffing vendors; coordinate with Purchasing and Accounting.
• Support employees with high-level customer service; uphold company values and culture.
• Workload distribution divided as 50% technical recruiting, 25% local service recruitment, 25% engagements.
