Job summary

Amteck, a Top 50 electrical contractor in Kentucky, is seeking a recruiter to join the in-office team. You will partner with hiring managers to fill skilled trades and other roles, using modern recruiting tools and an applicant tracking system to deliver candidates who fit Amteck's culture.

In this hands-on recruiting position, you will build pipelines, coordinate with field operations, and support onboarding while maintaining high levels of candidate experience and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting skilled trades or similar positions.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and learning new recruiting tools.
• Ability to build talent pipelines and coordinate with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Meet with hiring managers to discuss qualifications, interview availability and onboarding.
• Develop clear, strategic plans to fill positions quickly with the best candidates.
• Source, screen and identify candidates for roles meeting job requirements and Amteck culture.
• Coordinate with field supervision and HR to reassign staff as needed.
