Qualifications

• Experience recruiting skilled trades or similar positions.
• Aptitude for learning new recruiting tools and exploring new tactics.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Meet with hiring managers to discuss qualifications, availability, timelines, feedback, and onboarding.
• Create clear, strategic plans to fill positions with the best candidates quickly.
• Develop pipeline strategies for executive, senior, and mid-level roles.
• Coordinate with field supervision and HR to demobilize projects and place staff in openings.
