Job summary

PrideGlobal is seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter to join our team. You will source, screen, and recruit top technical talent across diverse industries while supporting Administrative searches as needed.

You will partner with clients and hiring managers to understand needs, develop effective strategies, and build robust pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking. You’ll manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment and deliver a high-touch candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of recruiting experience or staffing/agency background.
• Experience recruiting for technical positions strongly preferred.
• Strong sourcing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for technical roles across skill sets and levels.
• Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced staffing environment.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates and provide a high-touch experience throughout the process.
• Support Professional Administrative searches as needed (Administrative Assistants, Coordinators, Executive Assistants).
• Stay informed on technical talent markets, recruiting trends, and compensation.
