Latent is the enterprise pharmacy intelligence platform helping care teams move faster by streamlining prior authorizations, appeals, and 340B compliance. We are hiring a Recruiter who can own searches end-to-end, build pipelines from scratch, and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver 2–3 hires per month as Latent scales.

• Strong sourcing ability to build pipelines from scratch.
• End-to-end ownership of searches from intake to close.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and manage candidate flow.
