Mercury is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own a focused set of searches from kickoff to close, partnering with hiring managers on engineering and data roles to build strong pipelines and engage top talent.

You will develop a deep understanding of Mercury’s products and challenges, communicating pipeline health and progress while driving an inclusive, high-performing team. Expect collaboration and ownership across recruiting efforts.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a technical recruiter supporting engineering or data teams.
• Strong sourcing skills that go beyond LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Deep curiosity about products and teams you support, and understanding of impact of roles hired for.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and data roles, from kick-off to close
• Build and maintain strong pipelines across multiple roles simultaneously
• Source candidates proactively and creatively to engage top technical talent
• Develop a deep understanding of Mercury’s products, engineering challenges, and team needs
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders on pipeline health, progress, blockers, and recruiting timeline
• Own offer strategy and closing for your searches
• Deliver a candidate experience that's thoughtful and transparent from first touch to final decision
