Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a technical recruiter supporting engineering or data teams
• Strong sourcing skills that go beyond LinkedIn Recruiter
• Deep curiosity about Mercury’s products, engineering challenges, and team needs
• Strong alignment with Mercury’s values and ability to represent them authentically
• Enjoy building diverse, inclusive, high-performing teams with empathy and care
• Strong sense of urgency and ownership and willingness to support other areas when needed

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and data roles, from kickoff to close
• Build and maintain strong, healthy pipelines across multiple roles
• Source candidates proactively and creatively to engage top technical talent
• Develop a deep understanding of Mercury’s products and teams
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders on pipeline health, blockers, and timelines
• Own offer strategy and closing for your searches
• Deliver a thoughtful and transparent candidate experience from first touch to final decision
