Job summary

Cielo, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Recruiter in Wisconsin to lead end-to-end sourcing for IT and technical roles, partnering with hiring managers and delivering strong candidate slates.

You will own intake meetings, build talent pipelines, keep candidates engaged with timely updates, and guide offers using market data and compensation guidelines. Qualifications
