Job summary

Cielo, Inc. is the world's leading Talent Acquisition Partner. We seek an experienced recruiter to join our team in the Richmond, VA area to lead intake meetings, shape market-informed search strategies, and build strong candidate slates for Pharmaceuticals leadership roles.

You will mentor recruiters, partner with stakeholders on sourcing strategies, and guide offers with market data to support compensation decisions, contributing to exceptional talent outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, HR or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience hiring Corporate Functions and Leadership roles in Pharmaceuticals.
• Significant recruiting experience in corporate, RPO or agency settings.
• Familiarity with ATS and social media recruiting tools.
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices and talent acquisition metrics.
• Must have knowledge in the IT space.

• Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics relatedto talent acquisition.


• Must have knowledge in the IT space
