Job summary

Cielo, Inc. is seeking a capable Recruiter to lead intake discussions with hiring managers, shape recruitment strategies, and build robust talent pipelines in a healthcare-focused environment.

You will evaluate candidate profiles, keep applicants informed, and partner with leaders on offer details using market data to guide compensation decisions. This role is anchored in Atlanta and requires corporate or agency recruiting experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting.
• Experience in Recruiting HR Functions and Operations roles in a Healthcare and Hospital setting.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as ATS and social media tools.
• Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.
